There are many kinds of us on this planet. Some of us are large, some of us are small. Some of us use poison, some of us constrict, some of us just bite. Some of us have vibrant colours, special adaptations to help us with defending ourselves. We are very varied. But we have one thing in common. We periodically shed our skin. For growth but also for literally shedding our skin, renew. Getting rid of parasites and other stuff that is no longer needed. This is seen as transformation. Humans also shed their skin periodically, just not very obvious. But you too move through cycles of life, and with every cycle you let go of what no longer serves you to make room for something new. And that transformation can go deep, very deep. It may transform your whole system to the core. Trust that everything you experience is part of this cycle, of these recurring periods of transformation. Accept them and grow with them. They can be amazing experiences if you allow them to be.
